Рекам Ирелях и Малая Ботуобуя нанесен вред на сумму около пяти миллиардов рублей

«Вследствие сброса загрязненных вод с дражных полигонов месторождения Иреляхская россыпь нанесен значительный урон водным экосистемам», — заявил министр экологии Сахамин Афанасьев в ходе совещания главы республики Айсена Николаева с участием руководства АЛРОСА и глав районов алмазных провинций в Верхневилюйске. Сумма вреда, причиненного реке Ирелях, составила 11,19 млн рублей, реке Малая Ботуобуя — 4,67 млрд рублей, сообщается на сайте Минэкологии республики.
Как информировал Сахамин Афанасьев, по факту загрязнения рек Ирелях, Малая Ботуобуя и Вилюй министерство провело административное расследование, внеплановую проверку АЛРОСА, продолжаются лабораторные исследования качества водных объектов, привлечены научные учреждения республики для комплексной оценки последствий аварии.
На территории Сунтарского, Нюрбинского, Верхневилюйского, Вилюйского, Кобяйского, Жиганского районов всего с момента аварии отобрано и исследовано более 500 проб воды и донных отложений.
По словам министра, в первые дни после прорыва дамб в реке Ирелях содержание взвешенных веществ было превышено в сотни раз.
«Фиксировались экстремально высокие концентрации ионов металлов, нормативы содержания железа были превышены в 120 раз, алюминия — в 470, меди, марганца, свинца, бериллия, цинка, никеля — в 10-20 раз. При этом были превышены фоновые концентрации, установленные в реке Ирелях выше дражных полигонов, взвешенных веществ в 865 раз, концентрации металлов превышали фоновые значения в десятки раз. Вода не соответствовала хозяйственно-питьевым нормативам по содержанию свинца, железа, марганца, алюминия, никеля», — сказал министр.
По результатам лабораторных исследований в пробах воды из реки Вилюй токсичные компоненты, такие как свинец, мышьяк, кадмий, таллий, бериллий, определены в концентрациях ниже нормативов.
Сахамин Афанасьев отметил, что министерство произвело расчет ущерба, причиненного рекам Ирелях и Малая Ботуобуя. «Сумма вреда, причиненного реке Ирелях, составила 11,19 млн рублей, реке Малая Ботуобуя — 4,67 млрд рублей», — сообщил он.
Также глава ведомства проинформировал, что в настоящее время управление Росприроднадзора по РС(Я) и Ленское территориальное управление Росрыболовства уточняют окончательные суммы ущерба, причиненного реке Вилюй и водным биоресурсам.
